Rooms are available from 15:00 and must be left by 11:00. Ask the day before and we can generally arrange either side.

From the age of 18. A passport, national card or driving licence is asked for at the door, from hotel guests as well as visitors.

Yes. Visitors aged 18 and over may enter with ID. Hotel guests are admitted free and offered a drink at the bar.

Smart casual. Flip-flops and swimwear are fine by the pool, but not in the casino from 20:00.

Yes. A host or the duty manager can set it up; limits and self-exclusion stay private and begin straight away.

Breakfast goes out from 07:00 to 10:30 and most rates include it. Your confirmation names your rate.

Praia da Marina is about five minutes on foot along the promenade. Towels are at the pool desk and there is an outdoor shower by the entrance.

Yes. The concierge books tee times on the Vilamoura courses and can arrange clubs and a buggy. Tell us your handicap and preferred morning.

There are shaded spaces under the building at €14 per night. They fill up in August, so please reserve one with your room.

You can drop a flexible booking at no charge until 48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates are paid upfront.
